National sports bodies have developed coaching courses on managing emotions and playing competitively but without anger. Supporting the development of young team sports players, we will take current coaching practice into digital interactive experiences to Rach a broader international audience.
Bringing design to life: Effective tools for channelling emotions and supporting better mental health exist - this is our chance to bring them into the digital apps and games of young sports players and help them understand and control emotions, even in the heat of competitive sport. Developing greater maturity, empathy and controlling negative emotions can be effectively done through intervention experiences in their daily lives.
Our emotions change across the day and our desire to collaborate and be comfortable with those around us can be monitored and use to build greater understanding in younger people. Reflecting on their emotional spectrum helps young pole appreciate and respect different emotions and learn how to manage their negative feelings. Using established techniques developed with international sports authorities, we can bring the to a new level of relevance to young people and enhance their empathy and love for their opponent.
We pilot 5 key coaching methods as interactive experiences and establish their impact with young team sports players in controlling and understanding their emotions.
We believe in making life-long love connections through great design.
